All Food Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of food items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Issues
Sweet Diamond Foods is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. However, we will work with you to help resolve delivery issues when possible.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
