This week's Hot Dog of the Week is an absolute showstopper ā meet the Jalapeno Popper Hot Dog. š¶ļøš„ We took a grilled Sweet Diamond Dog, loaded it with a smoky jalapeno cream cheese, piled on crispy candied bacon, and finished it with a drizzle of homemade Hot Honey made with our very own Sweet Diamond Sriracha. - 6 oz whipped cream cheese
- 3/4 cup diced pickled jalapenos
Directions: Mix the whipped cream cheese and diced pickled jalapenos together until well combined. Spread generously on your grilled Sweet Diamond Dog.
šÆ Sweet Diamond Hot Honey
- Equal parts Sweet Diamond Sriracha
- Equal parts honey
Directions: Combine equal parts Sweet Diamond Sriracha and honey. Stir until smooth. Drizzle over the finished hot dog for that perfect sweet heat finish.

- Spread a generous layer of jalapeno cream cheese on top.
